Make Your Own Day

16 Jun

Szaba Seattle Space Needle

Any big plans for Father’s Day?

I’m going to be honest… My Mother’s Day wasn’t very good this year.

The four year old seemed rather on a mission to make my life miserable. I didn’t take it personally. Toddlers have those days.

It’s tough figuring out the world and your place in it.

Sometimes even we adults have issues with that. Now imagine doing so without reference or control of your emotions.

Time Flies (Video)

12 Oct

Time Flies Birdcage Clock“Time does not change us. It just unfolds us.”
—Max Frisch

Watch this stunning time-lapse video and consider your own metamorphosis from newborn to now.

It goes without saying this will bring a tear to a few moms‘ eyes (if my reaction is any indication).

Have a wonderful day, everyone.

Stop to really look and appreciate this precise moment of your lifetime.
