Good news! All you need is 30 minutes and this …
- Bin or bucket
- Warm water
- 2t honey
- 2T sugar
- 1c milk
- Drop of almond oil (optional)
- Wash cloth or brush
Mix the above. Have a book or magazine ready. Soak feet for 15 minutes. RELAX. Scrub. Slather on lotion, and slip on socks (to help the lotion sink in).
