Laughter

Pumpkin LaughterWhen was the last time you laughed like this?

Head back, smile wide open, eyes pinched with happiness, not caring who saw you—scratch that—WANTING people to see you and see your joy.

Whatever activity, place, memory, or person makes you do that, make time for that special something today.

Laughter lowers blood pressure by increasing vascular blood flow and oxygenating the blood. It’s good for you! Plus, it just makes you feel good, and (as demonstrated by this photo) it makes other people feel good, too.

And if you want more with that came from, check out this laughter quiz and video. It’s funny stuff.

Happy chuckles,
Angela
